We are currently reviewing
applications for the following:
Behavior Tutor: Interest in
enhancing lives of children with autism, this position requires
flexibility in schedule, boundless energy and outgoing nature,
team spirit, reliable transportation. Salary commences with education
and/or experience, must have high school diploma or GED to meet the
needs of data collection and direction taking.
Behavior Consultant: The candidate
will act as consultant to staff, clients, and families in the in-home
programs for children with autism, participate as a member of the
support team to design and supervise implementation of the in-home
program for children with autism using discrete trial methodology,
provide training to staff and families, client support through
transition to independence; maintain appropriate documentation, records
and reports. Must have bachelor's degree in psychology or related
field, Applied Behavior Analysis coursework, and two years of experience.
Supervising Consultant: This position, under
the general direction of the Director of Clinical Services, entails supervision of
clinical and administrative aspects of assigned home based program
teams. The supervising consultant is responsible for quality control of
program implementation, monitoring curriculum development, assisting in
management techniques, and advising on overall program needs. Minimum
qualifications: Bachelors of Arts, Science, or Education in related
field (i.e., education, psychology, social work) and three years
experience.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Associate Behavior Analyst or
individual in the process of taking certification examination to be
completed 8 months from date of hire.
Behavior
Intervention Specialists:
This position requires a
bachelors degree in psychology or related field, and at least two years
of experience with individuals of various ages and developmental
disabilities, as well as writing behavior plans and implementing
functional analysis assessments. Masters and /or board certification preferred.
