Educational Collaboration & Training
As part of our continued commitment to collaborating with educational agencies in their role providing services to students diagnosed with ASD and related disorders, CAS has created a framework through which these agencies can directly utilize the ABA support services we offer.
Our classroom consultation services afford agencies such as School Districts, Special Education Local Planning Areas (SELPA), and County Departments of Education the ability to contract directly with CAS for on-site ABA support and training. Additionally, we offer both on-site training of teachers, para-professionals, and staff, as well as the opportunity to use our training facilities. Training sessions are led by an ABA professional from our staff, and include presentation materials used for our own programs and services or can be specialized to meet other needs. For larger groups, we are able to schedule evening or weekend sessions at our Sacramento training location.
By integrating these services directly into other on-site services provided in the classroom, we are able to augment vital educational and behavioral resources included in a child’s treatment program. Additionally, this integrated approach to providing in-class ABA services allows for the sharing of costs associated with treatment between agencies.
