Supervising Consultant

Under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services (DCS), the Supervising Consultant oversees the quality and consistency of the clinical home-based programs. This is achieved through clinical supervision, training, support and evaluation of the Consultants and in-home programs.  Works collaboratively with DCS to make recommendations and assist in the development, guidance, refinement, and quality of individualized client and overall efficacy of clinical programs based on company clinical philosophy, treatment approach, values and current empirical research. Supervising Consultants are responsible for the overall quality of services (including, but not limited to, external and internal documentation, implementation of program, and communication with clients and service providers) provided to each client as well as efficient employee and client management. 

Special Skills & Requirements

  • Masters of Psychology, Education, or related field preferred (BA required)
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Board Associate Behavior Analyst preferred. Enrollment in certification coursework within 6 months of employment required (within MA/MS program acceptable)
  • 5 years experience providing direct service to children and adolescents with autism preferred; minimum of 3 years required
  •  A minimum of 1 year clinical supervision and/or management experience
  • Strong skills in the areas of communication, writing, working collaboratively across team members and professional presentation of self and company.
  • Must have experience in Applied Behavior Analysis   
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to maintain composure, problem solve, make effective decisions and lead others within the fast paced environment of a growing company
  • Be flexible and receptive to change
  • Ability to communicate clearly and write professionally
  • Able to pass Department of Justice fingerprint screens
  • Able to provide proof of negative TB test
  • Current drivers license and able to travel within Company’s service area
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and the Internet
