Welcome to Capitol Autism Services
At CAS we believe achieving the highest standards of quality for our Applied Behavior Analysis programs begins with hiring the right people and providing them with comprehensive research-based training and support. Our caring and professional team, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts, partners with parents and families to provide a variety of in-home and school-based services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The consistently high parent satisfaction ratings and feedback we receive are the direct result of our commitment to serving families through flexible, compassionate, and clinically sound ABA programs. At CAS we work in close concert with families to provide services designed to have a positive effect on the lives of children diagnosed with ASD and those who care for them.
Positive Programming Philosophy
Based on a positive programming philosophy and Applied Behavior Analysis framework, we assess the child’s unique strengths and abilities in order to develop individualized programs targeting areas of need and meaningful skills. Emphasis is placed on the inclusion and training of parents in the development of abilities promoting generalization of learned skills across a variety of environments and daily living activities.

Our Team
Capitol Autism Services is composed of a highly skilled and supported clinical team from the fields of behavior analysis, special education and psychology. In order to provide the highest standards of service to the children and families we serve, the clinical team is backed by a service ‘center’ composed of individuals specialized in employment development, training, technology and business related functions. All members of the team, regardless of position, are knowledgeable and understanding of the impact of their positions in ensuring delivery of meaningful services to the children and families. Our founders are professionals in clinical intervention, education, business and actively informed parents of children diagnosed with ASD.
Educational Partners
Our partner organization, Land Park Academy, provides special education instruction for children diagnosed with ASD. The educational programs use ABA principles to focus on learning readiness skills, functional academics, recreation, social communication, pre-vocational, and independent living skills. Various assessments, curriculum, and teaching methodologies are utilized to determine current levels of functioning and to develop individualized goals and objectives to meet areas of need.
Community Partners
We are partnered with California DDS Regional Centers, Public School Districts, health care providers, and private funding sources to provide a variety of critical services to individuals with ASD.
